One Pocket Folders Designs
Custom Single Pocket Presentation Folders: One Pocket, Multiple Impressions
Single pocket folders provide the same professional coverage for your documents, but also include one pocket on a single side should you need extra storage. Pockets vary in shape and size including expandable, serpentine, curved, and vertical. More than 60 styles are available, on which you can use four-color process, PMS printing, foil stamping, or embossing imprint methods on one of 59 stocks to customize. You can also incorporate an aqueous, lamination, or ultraviolet coating into your design, which will provide your stock with additional protection.
Whether you have one page or multiple pages, one-pocket folders come in an array of sizes ranging from 2.75” x 3.75” gift/key card holders to tri-panel center box pocket presentation folders. Additionally, expanding styles make sure you have enough room for all of your marketing materials.
Transform Your Folders: Single-Pocket Customization Strategies
- Pockets can be affixed either horizontally or vertically, or on the left or right side of the folder, offering a number of different aesthetic design choices.
- Single pocket folders customized with die-cut windows will allow contents stored in the pockets to be visible from the front cover.
- For additional storage space, choose 3/8" expansion folders.
- To protect the edges and corners of your folder from becoming worn or creased, add reinforced edges and rounded corner designs.
- The shape of your pocket can be customized to your liking. Choose a curved or beveled pocket for a unique design style.
- There are four different types of aqueous coating, each of which protects your folders from weathering. Glossy is shiny and smooth to the touch, matte has a similar smoothness without the shine, satin has a texture like velvet while soft-touch feels like suede.
- Other coatings include laminate coating (which protects your folder from tearing and staining) and ultraviolet (UV) coating (which is less durable but more shiny).
- File tabs make it possible for recipients of your folder to easily file away the contents in a drawer or filing cabinet.
- Vertical pockets can be outfitted with business card slits; however, a vertically designed business card is recommended.
- An unglued pocket makes it easier to access your files as the pocket opens up and folds out.
- Use spine attachments, brads and prongs to secure important documents within the folder.
