3 Pocket Folders
Three pocket folders are specially designed document holders with three die-cut pockets for the purpose of holding a higher capacity of marketing materials inside. The backbone of any good presentation due to their customizability and ample multi-pocket storage, each tri-pocket folder features 3 panels on which company logos or custom graphics can be imprinted for limitless design potential.
Custom 3 Pocket Folders
With three separate panels in each presentation folder, you have three times the amount of room to store brochures, documents, pamphlets and more. The pockets and panels come in a variety of different size combinations, giving you more options to design the perfect presentation package.
Folders come pre-assembled with glued twin-pockets on the left and right to secure non-standard sized documents like brochures, and an unglued pocket in the middle that flips down for easy access to the packet’s main contents. Add a matte, glossy, satin or soft touch finish to alter the folder with a distinct surface, or have the folder laminated for added durability.
There are two styles for three pocket folders, standard and gatefold. In standard style, the folder opens like a book and the panels fold over one another. In gatefold style, the panels open from the center of the folder like a gate.

Customization Tips & Ideas
- Choose curved pockets to expose certain document areas and provide readers with a bit of intrigue.
- Use a half-pocket layout for presenting items such as stepped brochures, rack cards, checklists, and other narrow documents.
- An unglued pocket allows your files to be easily accessed and provides additional design space.
- Aqueous coating comes in matte, gloss, satin and soft-touch. Matte is smooth and flat, glossy is smooth and shiny, satin gives your folder a velvety texture and soft-touch makes it feel like suede.
- UV coating provides a great deal of shine; however, it will not protect as well as lamination, which is the strongest type of coating.
- Prongs, also known as spine attachments, can be added to a folder to hold additional hole-punched documents.
