Certificate folders are designed to hold and display one certificate-sized document, which makes it perfect for special occasions such as award ceremonies, signings and more. Folders come in either portrait or landscape orientation, allowing you to choose a folder that best suits your document.
Certificate Presentation Folders
A certificate folder provides a way to display a special achievement or award. Each folder uses a certificate holder in the form of notches or folder jackets to hold the document in place in either portrait or landscape alignment. Folders can be printed in bulk on one of 59 different cardboard stocks and use one of 24 different foil stamps to create a custom design or printed logo. Use these folders to present a graduation diploma, college degree, gift certificate, formal invitation or any other certificate-sized document.
Spine attachments, inserts, portfolios and stitched brochures can be added to the folder if additional storage is needed. Certificate folder sizes range from the standard 12x9 dimensions to a smaller 9.5 x 4.5 small gift certificate cover and can feature a matte or glossy finish as well as a protective UV coating. Choose from different display styles including fold up notch, wrap around, letter size or small gift certificate size depending on the document.

Customization Tips & Ideas
- Some certificate folders have a built-in easel, which allows recipients to proudly display the contents inside.
- A tuck-tab helps to keep the folder closed when not in use and creates more drama when presenting the document in a ceremony or meeting.
- Add additional information by including tabbed inserts, stitched brochures and documents bound to spine attachments.
- Select aqueous coating to give the folder texture. Glossy coating is shiny and silky, matte is smooth and flat, satin feels like velvet and soft-touch invokes the feeling of suede.
- For shiny and brightly colored folders, choose an ultraviolet (UV) coating.
- To ensure the longevity of your folder, select laminate coating which protects it from damage and spills.
- Choose portrait and landscape-oriented panels for an array of design options. Portrait is best for narrow design elements and informative copy, while landscape panels are good for illustrations and other wide images.
- Use a wrap-around flap with a notch closure that buckles shut to secure and protect important or private documents and certificates.
