Stock
See our Color Chart for the stock selection groups. Base stocks included in price are 12 pt. C1S Semi-gloss White, 80 lb. Smooth White and Marble Crush White. (150 lb. White or Manila tag is also available on portfolios as a base stock.) Please choose a stock color lighter than PMS ink colors. MarbleCoat stock not available on all items. Custom order stocks are not a problem. Just tell us what you need.

Production Time
16-01, 16-02, 16-04, 16-03, 35-11 and 35-12 are produced in ten working days. Expansion and box portfolios require a longer production time. Please call for information specific to your order.

VelcroA? Closures
Black or white VelcroA? closures can be added to your portfolios for an additional charge. Please specify color when ordering. The Deluxe portfolios use two 1/2" dot fasteners; the Expansion portfolios use a 1/2" dot and 1/2" strip fastener to accommodate product expansion. Additional production time required.

Bandos
Unattached black or white elastic band closures are available. When you order bandos, a small hole is provided in the portfolio flap to anchor the bando. Bandos are unattached and ship bulk. Please specify color when ordering.

Embossing
The size of the emboss area is included in the base price and includes one area, single level raised, blind (no ink) emboss. Copy is raised to the maximum lift allowed by the stock and your copy design. In preparing artwork, avoid type smaller than 8 pt., screens, very fine line and tight, intricate detail. Copy needs to be 1/8" away from all scores. We'll be glad to review your copy and make suggestions prior to submitting. Please call for an estimate when combining embossing with foil stamping or printing. Special embossing techniques such as combination, sculptured, etc. are available.
