JJ Jacobs Realty provides luxury real estate located in scenic Montreal, Quebec. This legal size pocket folder was designed to reflect the brand’s image as a provider of fine living spaces. The gold metallic foil brings to mind the image of status and wealth, while simultaneously catching the eye.
The monogram featured in the logo plays a dual role in the design. Monogramming is considered a luxury, which ties into the brand’s high end image. It also serves as a memorable reminder of the brand’s name.
