This custom presentation folder design promotes Skybridge Lofts, an eco-friendly “open space community” from IMPACT Developers. The wavy blue line art is designed to mimic the ethereal chaos of clouds and air, evoking a sense of both creativity and serenity.
Inside, the green spot coloring and “leaf” logo suggest an environmentally conscious image. The bright green hue stands out in contrast to the more muted blue, drawing the audience’s eyes toward the contents.
