Rainbow, Whistler is a community in British Columbia, Canada that offers luxury real estate in a breathtakingly natural setting. The bright yellow of this presentation folder design helps to feel bright, sunny and energetic, which makes the community seem full of life.
The simple logo and mission statement design on the front cover upholds the idea of luxury and simplicity, with the pine tree insignia helping to give the audience a small taste of what the location has to offer. The yellow color branding continues into the interior, which contains box styled pockets for agent’s documents and such.
