About Design

The Downtown Grille is a fine dining restaurant located in historic Charlottesville, Virginia. This design was custom-created to better match the brand’s unique sense of elegance and style. The size and landscape setting is reminiscent of a menu or party invitation, as if the restaurant is inviting its guests to come dine there. The only visual element is the brand name itself, which is given special significance through the use of foil stamping. The foil catches the light, making the name stand out and provides a textural difference that can be felt with your hands. This added level of interaction creates a stronger bond between the audience and the brand name itself.
