Small/Mini Pocket Folders
Perfect for smaller documents such as tickets, receipts, gift certificates, travel documents, and rack cards, small presentation folders are available in more than 40 styles. They also make great mini organizers, keeping small files secure. Ranging in size from 2x3.5 to 7x10 inches, these folder dimensions fit easily in a glove compartment, purse, or pocket. Conformer® and expanding styles have larger capacities if you have thick business documents, or select a specialty pocket for extra storage such as a box pocket or backbone. While two-pocket styles are the most common, four-pocket folders feature two smaller pockets that are practical holders for gift cards, business cards, or hotel key cards.
With four-color process, PMS printing, foil stamping, and embossing imprint methods available to use on one of 58 stocks, you can customize these small folders with any design. You can also embellish your design with an aqueous, lamination, or ultraviolet coating. Free slots for business card,s brochures, and CD/DVDs are available.

Customization Tips & Ideas
- Small folders are available in both portrait and landscape orientations; choose the one that matches the general shape and orientation of your documents.
- Pay particular attention to how the smaller size affects your design. Consider how your recipient will hold the folder and which parts of it will naturally be covered by their hand. Your most important elements should be placed in areas that are easily visible.
- The vertical expansion folder can expand up to 1/8", making it the perfect size for small but thick materials. Tri-fold folders give you additional pockets or extra space for a larger design.
- Use a built-in CD/DVD holder to store discs safely and securely.
- Consider printing a message between the slits on gift card holders as a nice surprise to recipients when they remove the card.
- Digital printing is best for reproducing photos and other detailed images.
