Reinforced folders are heavy-duty pocket folders constructed with a 1" reinforcement strip to keep the edges nice and crisp, even after frequent use. They contain reinforcements within the interior of your folder, giving it a unique aesthetic.

Heavy Duty Presentation Folders

Reinforced folders are a sturdier option for holding thick stacks of paper or promotional packets. The 1-inch reinforced strip prevents damage to the edges despite repeated use. Select one of 24 foil stamp colors, four-color process, PMS printing or embossing for a personalized design on one of 59 stocks. Additional stock protection is available with aqueous, lamination, or ultraviolet coatings.

Available in a variety of sizes from 5x9 to 9x14 (legal-size), these heavy-duty file folders are ideal for any special order. Multiple pocket options are achievable including vertical, contoured, and expandable pockets for extra thick inserts. For even more storage, add a spine attachment, which uses prongs to secure documents in the middle of the folder. Brochure, CD/DVD, or business card slots are always free.

Customization Tips & Ideas

The design for your reinforced strip will be factored into the price of exterior printing. If left unaltered, this strip will have the same color as the front of your folder.
Folders with a reinforced edge have a strip of material 1" or longer on the interior that protects the edges of the folder and creates a unique interior aesthetic.
Reinforcements can either go around the perimeter of the folder or just the left and right edges.
All reinforced folders come with a minimum of one interior pocket, though many have two. Expansion pockets and box pockets allow you to store more documents in your folder while still maintaining a flat shape.
A 1/2" or 1/4" backbone gives your folder a stronger spine, making it look more like a book in appearance and giving you the option to add spine attachments.
Fortify your stock paper with aqueous, lamination, or ultraviolet coatings.
