Company Overview:<\/strong> Vacca Family Law Group<\/a> is based in New York City. The firm practices in collaborative divorce, mediation, divorce, separation, child support, property division, spousal support, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements.<\/p>\n

Product:<\/strong> Square Corners Two Pocket Presentation Folder<\/a> with one foil stamped area on uncoated 100lb Dark Blue Linen stock. H2 business card slits on the right pocket.<\/p>\n

Problem:<\/strong> After changing the name of the law firm, the Vacca Family Law Group needed new branded business folders for its new client welcome packets.<\/p>\n

Story:<\/strong> Legal Assistant, Rhett Dial, at the Vacca Family Law Group was in a bind when it came to ordering presentation folders.<\/p>\n

After the firm changed its name, he couldn’t get in touch with their previous folder printer and they needed the service to create new client welcome packets. With no law firm folders<\/a> left for clients, Dial began his search.<\/p>\n

\"Lawyer<\/a><\/p>\n

He found CompanyFolders.com by doing a Google search for the folder qualities he wanted, including “blue linen display folders” and “100lb linen with foil lettering.” He said he requested samples from the businesses that appeared in the top five of his search and liked the samples from Company Folders the best.<\/p>\n

He received samples of the Foil Stamped Letter Size Two Pocket Folder<\/a>, the Original 2 Pocket Presentation Folder<\/a>, and the Reinforced 2 Pocket Presentation Folder<\/a>, as well as 100lb Dark Blue Linen stock<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Company Folders sent me different foil samples, card stock, and other comparable products, which I liked, so I had a lot to choose from,” Dial said.<\/p>\n

Dial chose the Square Corners Two Pocket Presentation Folder with Metallic Silver foil on uncoated 100lb Dark Blue Linen stock and H2 business card slits on the right pocket.<\/p>\n

“The design process was quick and simple,” he said. “I was able to speak with [Print Project Manager] Keith on the phone about what I wanted, and he got everything set up and sent proofs once I provided the logo images.”<\/p>\n

However, the logo provided was not print-ready because it was not in a vector format. It’s important to have an art file in vector format because it is the most flexible when it comes to resizing and rescaling without losing image quality. Company Folders waived the $50 fee and recreated the logo in the proper format.<\/p>\n

“It was frustrating on my end that they wanted a vector file because I tried to convert it on my own,” Dial said. “Eventually, [Keith] said they would do it and waive the fee.”<\/p>\n

Ordering was simple, too, Dial said. His order was in production within a week of requesting a quote, and his only issue came during shipping.<\/p>\n

“UPS really did a number on them. One of the boxes was split open entirely. I had about 15 folders that were too damaged to use,” Dial said. “I sent an email to Company Folders and said, ‘It’s definitely not you guys, but can you help?'”<\/p>\n

He said Company Folders refunded him for the damaged folders quickly and easily and saved him from “the unholy nightmare of dealing with UPS.'”<\/p>\n

Still, he said he and his coworkers are happy with the quality of the product.<\/p>\n

“My favorite thing about our new folders is how sturdy they are,” Dial said. “The 100lb linen stock is pleasantly textured and stiff enough to withstand significant abuse.”<\/p>\n

He said he would recommend Company Folders to others.<\/p>\n
