H2 business card slits on the right pocket. <\/p>\n<h2>Goal<\/h2>\n<p>Kirsten Wade, Administrative Assistant at the National Institute for Health Care Management Foundation, needed to reorder presentation folders for its annual Capitol Hill Briefing event. The event features industry leaders discussing trends and answering questions about the future of health care. <\/p>\n<h2>Story<\/h2>\n<p>Having ordered from Company Folders twice before, Wade was confident she would receive a great product when she purchased again.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Everyone I have worked with is always very kind and prompt in their reply,&#8221; Wade said. &#8220;We also always receive our product very quickly after placing the order.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>This time, she needed folders for the National Institute for Health Care Management Foundation&#8217;s annual Capitol Hill Briefing event. She placed her order a month ahead of the event to give herself and staff plenty of time to stuff the folders with their event materials after delivery.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_12239\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12239\" src=\"https:\/\/www.companyfolders.com\/blog\/media\/2018\/06\/capitol-hill-briefing.jpg\" alt=\"Capitol Hill Briefing Event\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12239\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-12239\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Capitol Hill Briefing event features industry leaders discussing trends and answering questions about the future of health care. Source: NIHCM<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;The ordering process was very simple,&#8221; Wade said. &#8220;They were able to mail us samples, so we could test out which type of folder and paper finish we wanted. We merely had to sign off on a quote and provide our artwork. Then, they sent us a proof to approve.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wade chose a 120lb C2S White Gloss stock because she said she liked how it felt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a little heavier, so we knew it would hold our information, and we liked the gloss on it as opposed to a matte finish,&#8221; she said. <\/p>\n<p>For the Capitol Hill Briefing event, each folder needed to hold a series of documents with information about each of the speakers. To ensure all of this information would fit, Wade said they tested the sample folder by putting material from the previous briefing inside.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4>&#8220;Everyone I have worked with is always kind and prompt in their reply. We also always receive our product very quickly after placing the order.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Kirsten Wade, Administrative Assistant for the National Institute of Health Care Management Foundation<br \/>\n<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>When the artwork was sent, only a slight change was needed to highlight the foundation&#8217;s celebration of its 25th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I had sent over my own amateur design file with our ideas, and the design team was able to touch it up so that it worked for our folders,&#8221; Wade said. <\/p>\n<p>She said she was happy with the product she received.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was exactly what we wanted!&#8221; Wade said. &#8220;The printed products also matched our logo colors exactly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wade said she plans to continue to work with Company Folders and tell others, too.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They make the process seamless,&#8221; she said, &#8220;especially for people who may have never ordered folders before.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em>Interested in creating your own custom folder?
