This section covers your questions regarding membership to Company Folders, how we use your personal information, membership costs and how you can update your personal information such as your email address if it changes.
Why should I become a member of Company Folders?
Membership to Company Folders gives you first access to information about new products, services and offers from Company Folders. You will also be able to track sample requests, quote requests and orders from your own My Account page.
Does membership to Company Folders cost anything?
No. There is no fee for membership. At Company Folders, we are committed to providing you with the ability to monitor your account, request samples, quotes and place orders without charging any membership fees. In addition, you can access all of this information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through you’re My Account page.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Once at the Company Folders website, enter your user name which is your email address and click on the Forgot Password option. We will email you with a link where you can easily change your password so you can access your Company Folders account.
Since my email address is my user ID, how do I update my membership information if I change my email address?
You can update your email address information in the My Account section of Company Folders. Once logged into your account, just click on the Change Email link.
Now that I am a member of Company Folders, how will my personal information be used?
Company Folders will never sell your information to other companies. We use your personal information for contact and shipping purposes only. We may contact you periodically to advise you of new products, services and special offerings that may be of interest to you.
How do I update my membership account if I need to change any information?
Once you login to your account on the Company Folders website, you can easily change your contact information such as your address, telephone number, password and email information.
